As a Telstra Retail Store Manager, you'll work with Area Managers to coach and grow the team to greatness. You will use your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, inspire the next generation of the retail team, and continually enhance your own skills.
What you'll do
* Ensure the store's KPI's (sales and customer service) are met.
* Develop and nurture a high‐performing, customer‐experience‐focused team within a fast‐paced environment.
* Maintain an inclusive store culture that is a positive and all‐round awesome place to be.
* Identify and lead the recruitment of new store team members.
* Collaborate with team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers.
About you
* Demonstrated recent people‐leadership success within a target‐driven retail sales environment.
* Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPI's.
* Leadership from the front, influencing and building rapport with a diverse and varied team.
* Capability to resolve customer issues swiftly and creatively.
* Experience leading through change (products / systems) and bringing the team on the journey.
