Your new role
We are currently seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support a key regional business unit. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that will see you working closely with both the Finance Manager and Regional General Manager to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Delivering accurate monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting
- Providing commercial insights and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing working capital, revenue forecasting, and project valuations
- Supporting tenders and bids with financial inputs
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will bring:
- CPA or CA qualification
- Construction, facilities management or similar industry experience
- 5–7 years’ experience in financial oversight and management reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, S4 Hanna, JDE, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
