Our organization is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team. We provide services to private and commercial properties nationwide.
The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously and in small teams, using CRM systems, preferably SIMPRO. They must be able to multitask, adapt to change, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key qualifications include Microsoft Office, administration and CRM software experience. Work authorisation in Australia is required.

* Scheduling quotes for consultants
* Liaising with homeowners, real estates and tenants
* Data entry and sending quotes to clients
* Scheduling jobs for technicians
* CRM management and data entry
* Invoicing jobs
* Processing client payments
* Accounts receivable and payable
* General customer service and office duties
