About the Role
At Australian Retirement Trust, we help millions of Australians prepare for and live their best retirement. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're investing in worldclass digital capability to better serve our members – and we're looking for a senior Digital Product Manager to lead that journey within ART Life.
You'll translate strategy into action, balance innovation with governance, and ensure digital investments deliver meaningful outcomes for members, the organisation and regulators alike.
What You'll Be Doing
* Having end-to-end accountability for ART Life's digital product portfolio
* Owning the digital product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and member needs
* Delivering outcome-focused, data-driven initiatives with clear success measures
* Leading the end-to-end digital product portfolio from discovery to continuous improvement
* Setting strong governance across prioritisation, investment, risk and value tracking
* Partnering with senior leaders and governance forums, providing insight and decision support
* Collaborating with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal to deliver compliant solutions
* Overseeing external delivery partners to ensure performance, outcomes and alignment to ART standards
* Building and maturing internal digital product capability, operating models and ways of working
* Embedding modern product and agile practices across the portfolio
* Leading and inspiring teams, role-modeling courage, empathy and excellence

About You
* Extensive senior-level experience leading digital products, platforms or experiences in complex or multi-brand environments
* Proven ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels, managing competing priorities and large portfolios
* Strong stakeholder and executive engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
* Experience working closely with design, content, analytics and technical teams
* Demonstrated success in benefits realisation, value tracking and continuous improvement
Experience in financial services or regulated environments and exposure to scaledagile or modern product operating models will make your application even more competitive.
