Paediatric Speech Pathologist Opportunity

About the Role:
* The successful candidate will provide 1:1 face-to-face services, run group programs, engage in parent coaching and training, and have the opportunity to facilitate kindergarten programs.
* They will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs, and develop and deliver personalised therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
* The role involves working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child's development, as well as providing coaching and strategies to parents, carers, and educators to enhance carryover of therapy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client assessment and therapy
* Developing and delivering therapy plans
* Providing coaching and strategies to parents, carers, and educators
* Mentoring and supervising Therapy Assistants
* Creating and utilising engaging therapy resources
* Contributing to the growth of the practice by leading or participating in innovative projects

Requirements:
* Bachelor in Speech Pathology or higher

Salary Information:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
