The Role
We're looking for Graduate Civil Engineers with an interest in developing a career within our Roads & Highways transport infrastructure team across NSW. Join SMEC and our Graduate Development Program and you'll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.
As Part Of Our Program, You Will Get To

About You
- Graduates will be in their final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Solid interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
- A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
