Belgravia Leisure is proud to partner with Bundaberg Regional Council to launch a game-changing destination: the Bundaberg Aquatic Centre — set to be the largest and most advanced aquatic complex in Queensland! This $90 million, purpose-built venue is more than just a pool — it's a hub of health, inclusion, and community spirit.
Get ready to lead a state-of-the-art facility featuring:
* A covered, FINA-standard 10-lane 50m heated pool
* An indoor 8-lane 25m heated pool
* A dedicated indoor heated program pool for learn-to-swim and wellness programs
All pools are designed with equitable access in mind to ensure inclusivity for all.
We are looking for amazing group fitness instructors to teach AQUA &/or REFORMER PILATES at our Centre.
We also have a number of other group fitness classes from HIIT, Bootcamp, Core and Stretch, Yoga, Mat Pilates and more if you are interested in teaching any of these classes.

Skills & Attributes:
* A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
* Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
* Relevant Program Certification (eg - Aqua Aerobics, Reformer Pilates)
* Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Working with Children's Check
* Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
* Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
* Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
