The Academy Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our youth development program.
Key Responsibilities:
* School Operations Management: Manage player registrations, compliance, and scheduling to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and staff members.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, match days, and travel arrangements.
* Talent Development: Assist in organizing trials, inductions, and community engagement activities to foster growth and connection.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support across the organization.
Requirements:
* Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines and priorities.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve issues.
* Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Safeguarding Knowledge: Have knowledge of child safeguarding and compliance requirements to ensure a safe environment.
* Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess experience with sports management platforms.
* Previous Experience: Hold previous experience in sports administration or similar roles, with a minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
* Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the demands of the position.
