Scope
The Graduate Professional Services Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Professional Services (PS) function, responsible for supporting project delivery through the provision of accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the project portfolio.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Provide project management assistance under guidance from senior team members.
* Liaise with customers (internal and external) at various levels, using clear and professional communication to build positive working relationships.
* Ensure email queries are managed efficiently and effectively to continuously exceed the service level target.
* Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and handle with integrity. Analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
* Support the development and maintenance of reporting processes. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to clearly communicate information to internal stakeholders.
* Assist with the completion of assurance reviews across the project portfolio in line with established processes and guidance.
* Support the application of governance and assurance processes across the project portfolio.
* Support the Head of Professional Services to identify gaps and risks in the project performance baseline.
* Provide administration and coordination support as required, on a range of activities and projects within the team.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
* Formal qualification in Project Management, Business Management, or Information Technology (current students will be considered).
* Awareness of Atlassian tools, Power BI, and SharePoint is advantageous.
* Ability to clearly communicate and articulate messages to senior team members and colleagues across departments.
* Acute business acumen and desire to understand organisational issues and challenges.
* Experience in project reporting is desirable.
* A keen interest in the Financial Services and Banking industry.
