Hinterland Glassworx is seeking an organised, efficient and positive Administration Officer to become part of our supportive team based at our modern Yatala office. This is a flexible role offering 3–5 days per week, with occasional remote work available.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly by:

* Managing invoicing and accounts using Xero

* Answering customer calls with a professional, friendly manner

* Providing pricing and assisting customer enquiries

* Supporting daily office operations

* Assisting our second admin team member when required

* Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

About You
* Efficient, organised and proactive

* Positive attitude with strong customer service skills

* Experience using Xero (essential)

* Confident communicator and problem solver

* Enjoy working in a small, high-performing team
