Responsibilities
* We are looking for a Financial Services Business consultant who can drive account growth initiatives across banking, insurance, and financial services accounts. This role requires a senior professional who can engage with clients, identify growth opportunities, shape strategic conversations, and advise on business, digital, and transformation priorities across the financial services landscape.
* The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial services, client advisory, business growth, and consultative selling. The person should be able to work closely with account teams, delivery leaders, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and support expansion across banking, payments, risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor for financial services clients, helping identify growth and transformation opportunities.
* Work with account teams and leadership to develop growth strategies for banking and financial services accounts.
* Have a hunter mindset to grow business into new territories and accounts.
* Build senior-level relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
* Identify business opportunities across areas such as:
* risk and compliance
* data and analytics
* Support account planning, opportunity shaping, and deal development.
* Bring industry insights, market context, and client-specific recommendations to growth discussions.
* Collaborate with consulting, solutioning, delivery, and sales teams to position the right capabilities and offerings.
* Help define client pain points, strategic priorities, and roadmap-level recommendations.
* Participate in client workshops, advisory discussions, executive presentations, and solution conversations.
* Support proposal shaping, value articulation, and executive messaging for strategic pursuits.
* Identify whitespace opportunities and cross-sell / upsell areas within existing accounts.
* Track industry trends, competitive shifts, and regulatory changes relevant to financial services clients.
