We are seeking a self-directed, authentic and focused Business Administration Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role requires a focus on process efficiency, internal client satisfaction and overall business performance.

Your primary objective is to enable our accounting team to focus on high-value client work by taking ownership of the administrative function and continually driving its improvement. You will be the crucial link that ensures our internal processes are efficient, compliance, and supportive of our client-centric mission.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage and improve business systems and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce risk
* Be a key player in the revenue systems, assisting team members in preparing annual agreements
* Assist in the financial administration of the business
* Act as the liaison between the team and external parties that support the business
* Delivery of some client functions as required
* Ensure the office is highly professional and functional through assistance in building maintenance, supplies and providing client meet and greet/reception support.

Essential skills:

* Experience within a professional service firm is highly desirable
* Experience with Xero would be an advantage
* Demonstrated skills in business communication and teamwork.
* Demonstrated skills in high levels of organisation, problem solving and attention to detail.
* Advanced level of skill with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
