Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties
1. Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services.
2. Record notes and file service records appropriately. Be part of the service team and provide high-level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.
3. Access industry-leading training, development, and grade progression opportunities, including training less experienced technicians in complex service and repair tasks.
4. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services.
6. Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
