The Sales Training Manager is responsible for developing and executing ZEEKR's sales training framework in the Australian market. This role delivers systematic training on product knowledge, sales skills, customer experience, test drive processes, and vehicle delivery standards. The objective is to enhance the capability of the retail and dealer network, ensure consistent brand experience, and support business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Develop annual sales training strategy aligned with ZEEKR's brand positioning in Australia and ZEEKR Headquarter.
* Design comprehensive training modules covering product knowledge, NEV fundamentals, sales processes, customer experience, test drive guidance, and delivery procedures.
* Build standardized training manuals, training toolkits, and certification systems.et.
* Work with HQ to localize and upload courses onto the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Maintain accuracy, consistency and timely updates of all training documentation.
2. Product Training (NEV Focus)
* Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Aftersales and HQ teams to understand product specifications, key features, technologies, and competitive advantages.
* Deliver localized product training materials tailored for the Australian market, including model guides, feature highlight decks, and competitive comparison content.
* Lead new product launch training to ensure sales teams fully understand core product selling points.
3. Sales Skills & Customer Experience Training
* Develop sales methodology tailored to Australian customer behavior, covering needs analysis, objection handling, test drive experience, and closing techniques.
* Implement ZEEKR's standardized customer journey and retail experience guidelines.
* Conduct role-play sessions to strengthen practical execution skills.
4. Training Delivery & Capability Assessment
* Deliver online and in-person training for retail teams, dealer staff, regional sales teams and corporate partners.
* Organize Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to build internal trainer capability.
* Establish measurable evaluation systems (tests, certification, skills assessment) and track training effectiveness (KPIs such as test-drive rate, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
* 3–5 years of sales training or product training experience in the automotive industry or Electronics industry.
* Strong understanding of the Australian automotive retail landscape and customer behavior.
* Excellent communication, presentation, course design and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
* Able to travel frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about sustainability, technology and innovation.
Candidates who hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) will be highly regarded.
