Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented professional to assist in identifying and securing potential franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and sourcing potential franchise sites.
* Applying site selection criteria to evaluate suitability.
* Liaising with real estate agents to secure properties, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed assessments.
* Presenting location options to franchise partners.
* Supporting lease negotiations, conducting due diligence on prospective sites, maintaining the location database, and monitoring commercial real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Reporting directly to the Global Leasing Coordinator.
Remuneration
* Casual position
* $25-$32 per hour

* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
