The Opportunity
As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services. You'll lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
* Manage and motivate operational staff to achieve performance targets.
* Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
* Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
* Must be flexible over weekends as rostering is done over a 7-day period.
About You
We're looking for a results‑driven leader with:
* Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential).
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
* A passion for safety and sustainability.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
* The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
