rkThe Senior Adviser – Safeguarding is a subject matter expert supporting Red Cross people to prevent harm to children and vulnerable adults and embed a strong safeguarding culture across all Australian Red Cross operations. The role includes incident triage and management, practitioner support and advice, trend analysis and reporting. Working closely with program delivery teams, the role builds capacity by training and supporting Red Cross people to prevent harm to children and vulnerable adults, promote safety and accountability, and embed quality practices and a Speak Up cultur
