Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Company: A primarily B2C business with a recent addition of a B2B arm, exhibiting a start-up environment.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a focus on B2B operations who can adeptly navigate the sales enablement process. You'll be part of the Corporate Solutions which is a rapidly growing, innovative training and development provider (B2B) within the larger group.
This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a variety of tasks. We prefer someone with at least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
This is a part-time position, three days a week, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role. Hybrid work options are available, with at least one day in the office, based in Mitchum, Melbourne.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Familiarity with various tech platforms, including Active Campaign and Apollo
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
Reporting Structure: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager, working closely with another team member. Collaboration among the three team members will be essential.
Daily Responsibilities: The day-to-day tasks of this role are dynamic and adaptable, including:
- Managing and creating content
- Scheduling and manageing social media posts
- Landing pages, web design and campaigns
- CRM management
- Reporting
- Working closely with internal teams and key brand stakeholders
- partnering with external agencies and freelancers to deliver projects
