Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide assistance to shoppers on the shop floor, at fitting rooms, the register, or in other areas as required.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of in‑store marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and processing donations to ensure adequate stock levels on the shop floor, with correct pricing and presentation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service within a retail environment, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage positively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Reasonable level of physical fitness to meet the operational requirements of the role.
