Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time (between 19 - 38 hours per week depending on flight schedules) versatile and talented to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Perth Airport.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Process passenger check in
* Validate passport and documents
* Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
* Use multi airline check in systems
* Boarding gate duties, including announcements
* Assisting special needs guests
* Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training
What we need from you
* Must be reliable and motivated to work
* Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules. This role will require shift work i.e., night shift, weekends & public holidays, and split shifts.
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Applicants with experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
* Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
