Operating nationwide from multiple warehouses, we support farmers with soil testing, fertiliser solutions and practical advice to improve productivity and soil health.
We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute across logistics, digital marketing, administration and client support.
About the Role
This is a dynamic multi-discipline role supporting logistics coordination, stock management, marketing communications and digital content.
You will work closely with management, clients, transport providers and warehouse
teams to ensure smooth operations while also helping drive marketing and communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
* Coordinate freight and transport bookings through online freight portals
* Manage stock movements across warehouse locations
* Assist with inventory control and stock tracking
* Liaise with transport providers and suppliers
* Ensure timely delivery of fertiliser products to customers
Operations & Administration
* Data entry and database management
* Maintain operational systems and records
* Coordinate documentation and logistics workflows
* Provide administrative support across the businessMarketing & Communications
* Design and send web-based marketing campaigns
* Manage MailChimp newsletters and subscriber lists
* Assist with Facebook marketing and digital campaigns
* Maintain and update website blogs and content pages
* Work with management on marketing and customer communication initiatives
Events & Customer Engagement
* Assist with organising field days, agricultural events and client activities
* Support client communication through email, social media and online channels
* Work with customers and industry partners to coordinate logistics and marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Desirable skills include:
* Supply chain or logistics coordination experience
* Stock control and inventory management
* Data entry and administrative systems
* Digital marketing and social media management
* Knowledge of Facebook marketing
* Experience with MailChimp or email marketing platforms
* Website content management and blogging
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator)
* Ability to work with freight booking portals and logistics systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
