A rapidly growing property development and construction group across NSW is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its in‐house legal team in a dynamic, high‐impact environment.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing routine agreements, preparing drafts, updating templates and assisting with negotiation materials
* Managing deadlines, tracking progress across workstreams and ensuring timely access to required information
* Analysing legislation, summarising regulatory updates and preparing concise briefing notes
* Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring version control and supporting accurate internal records
* Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with external advisers and assisting with daily operational needs
* Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency
Requirements
* Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.
* Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work on‐site as required and contribute positively to team culture.
