About the Role As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our Retail Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You’ll be the first smiling face our customers see. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every customer feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. Broader duties will include; offering assistance, directing customers to products or services, answering basic questions to ensure their visit is smooth and enjoyable, stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organised store, and processing transactions at the register. About You We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous Pharmacy or Retail experience (preferred); Naturally upbeat and approachable (bonus points if you love a good chat) Cash handling and register skills; Customer focused; Strong communication skills between all stakeholders; Dedicated work ethic; Can work in a team and individually; Eye for detail and accuracy.
