About the opportunity As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience.
Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices.
It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a excellent one.
And while they do, they're supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.
This casual role commences on $33.66 / hour for the first 3 months, increasing to $35.98/ hour (Junior rates apply to those under 21), + 12% Superannuation Extensive, supportive (paid) training on commencement, Monday - Friday, approx.
4 hour shifts daily for up to 12 weeks This role is to cover annual and sick leave, and some shifts will be scheduled, others may be "on call
