What You'll Do
* Execute and evolve our global payroll strategy, transitioning offshore payrolls to a centralized global platform.
* Oversee end‐to‐end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with all reporting obligations.
* Lead major payroll transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and harmonization initiatives.
* Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Develop global payroll policies and controls, embedding best practices and mitigating risk.
* Partner with senior leadership to advise on payroll implications of policy changes and strategic decisions.
* Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
