The role of Associate Director is to lead the Banking and Financial Services Technology division's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Acting as a trusted business partner to Technology leadership and business channel COOs, you will provide commercial insights and financial guidance on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop incisive analysis that surfaces trends, risks, and opportunities
* Deliver clear frameworks for transparency and efficiency in technology investments, cost, and headcount management
* Mentor a high-performing team and engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Financial Management, and Banking and Financial Services Channels
