We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be working directly with clients to provide complex healthcare supports, positive behaviour support, medication administration and personal care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to individuals with disability, promoting their independence and well-being
* Deliver complex healthcare supports, including medication administration and wound care
* Develop and implement individualised support plans, tailored to each client's needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III or IV in Community Services or a related field
* Experience working in a disability support context
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
* High level of organisational and time management skills
