We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending sites, conducting initial diagnoses and assessments, and determining the necessary actions to get machines operational. You will also undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems, provide routine preventative maintenance services, and perform allocated work within the workshop.

Responsibilities
* Attend site and conduct initial diagnosis and assessment.
* Determine what action is required to get the machine operational and initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacement.
* Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems.
* Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
* Perform allocated work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
* Perform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.
Requirements
* Relevant trade qualifications (ie Diesel, Auto, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter).
* Field Service experience with the ability to prepare clear and concise service reports.
* Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required.
* Valid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety-first mindset.
