Regional Account Manager Job Description

This Regional Account Manager position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of retailer relationships across Asia-Pacific, managing day-to-day interactions with retail partners, driving revenue growth, and executing regional activations and campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage account relationships with APAC retail partners
* Drive revenue growth across the region through sell-through, forecasting, order management, and identifying opportunities
* Plan and execute regional activations, promotions, and campaigns with retailers
* Track performance, sales data, and market trends, preparing reports for leadership teams
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in account management, sales, or trade marketing (hair, beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry preferred)
* Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to meet sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and influence at every level
