Engineer Reliability - Mobile Maintenance (Overseas Expatriate Position)

In support of the growth, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer - Mobile Maintenance to join our team to deliver on our growth plans, and be a part of this exciting future. Reporting to Senior Engineer – Reliability, the Reliability Engineer – Mobile Maintenance will support the operations in enabling UG mobile mining and ancillary equipment to perform at budgeted availabilities, performance, and costs through the delivery of reliability engineering and asset management activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Life cycle cost analysis and equipment replacement strategies
* Equipment downtime and performance analysis through strategic review
* Reliability improvement through formal investigations and improvement plans
* Equipment risk management and contingency planning
* Verification of equipment strategies and quality deliverables being met
* Equipment condition monitoring analysis and secondary action improvement
* Regular reporting to meet the department schedule
* Provide coaching to direct reports through knowledge sharing
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering
* 10 years maintenance experience in mobile plant mining operations
* Demonstrated experience in mobile plant maintenance inclusive of underground fleets and support ancillary fleet across a broad range to OEM suppliers including Sandvik, Caterpillar, XCMG and Normet.
* Demonstrated experience in developing the skills and competencies of people in developing countries
* Knowledge of mobile plant operations, asset management, condition monitoring techniques
* Ability to successfully lead multi-disciplined planning and engineering teams
* Good command in English in both written and spoken
* Has proficiency in the use of CMMS Systems (e.g. Pronto), MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Power BI), Equipment Health systems
