About the Role
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a self-motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Renmark. You will be a key support to the Retail Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the store and the provision of an exceptional customer experience at all times.
In addition, you are also responsible for:
o Delivering an exceptional customer experience through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style.
o Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays, execute marketing campaigns, maximise sales and grow our customer loyalty program.
o Support the Retail Manager in supervising a team of Pharmacy Assistants and complete opening and/or closing procedures.
o Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management and administration and business financial reporting needs.
About You
Our ideal applicant will possess the following:
o Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment - preferred
o Previous experience working as Pharmacy Assistant- highly regarded
o Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy - highly regarded
o Strong interest in health and beauty
o Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
o Experience working with and achieving budgets and KPI's
o Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership as required
o Excellent communication skills
o Computer skills including operating POS system
o A desire to continually grow and develop your career within Retail Pharmacy
o A passion for retail, particularly beauty, health and wellbeing
