THE CLIENT
Leading organisation in Australian market currently looking for an experienced senior payroll professional to lead a high performing team, work on BAU and drive real change in the organisation.

THE ROLE
- Oversee payroll and manage Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GL
- Maintain, implement and comply with recent payroll changes and taxation legislation
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Lead and provide guidance and development to payroll team
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across Finance
THE PERSON
- 8+ years payroll experience minimum, ideally a few years in a leadership/management role
- Proven experience in process improvements, system implementation or driving change
- Proficient in payroll systems and strong Excel user
- Strong knowledge of interpreting complex Awards/EBAs
