As Lead Educator at our Toombul Service, you will:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
* Create inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments that foster belonging and development
* Guide, mentor, and support educators to deliver best practice

About You
* Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience in a leadership role
* Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
* Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
