What You'll Be Doing
* Calling warm and aged leads (plus some cold outreach)
* Qualifying prospects and uncovering pain points
* Presenting the value of solar + batteries clearly and confidently
* Booking in-home consults for our sales consultants
* Managing and updating leads in Pipedrive CRM

* Proven phone experience: sales, call centre, retention, telesales
* Solar industry knowledge (a bonus, not a must)
* Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
* Resilient, coachable, and self-driven operators
* Clear communicators with solid computer skills
* A team mindset paired with individual hunger to win
