About Not A Trace

We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on an initial contract. The successful candidate will report to the Management Accountant and have some experience in a similar accounts/admin role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Process invoices, purchase orders and work orders into accounting or inventory management software
* Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Credit card reconciliations
* Reconciliation of contractor invoices
* Order office supplies

Requirements:

* Experience with MYOB (or similar accounting software) and inventory management software
* Microsoft Office skills
* Administration and finance experience
