Position: Team Leader - Early Childhood Education

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in early childhood education? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Early Childhood Education to lead and inspire a dedicated team within a vibrant child care centre in South Australia.
As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality, engaging learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This hands-on position involves guiding and mentoring educators, working collaboratively with families, and ensuring that the centre’s programs are in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and supervise educators in planning and implementing quality educational programs.
* Collaborate with families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff, adhering to regulations and best practices.
* Manage administrative tasks, including compliance with the centre's policies, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework.
* Act as the Responsible Person in the absence of senior management.

About You:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Community Services (Children's Services) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in early childhood education, with strong leadership skills.
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with educators, children, and families.
