We're looking for a detail-driven and motivated professional to join our finance team.
This role involves reconciling and maintaining our travel trust account using Tramada Mid-Office System and Finance One.
You will provide vital support to our travel consultants, ensure financial reporting is accurate, and help refine processes to make workflows smarter and more efficient.
* Reconcile daily bank statements, process supplier payments and commissions
* Manage GST reporting and month-end close procedures
* Prepare monthly and annual travel finance/statistical reports
* Support travel consultants with Tramada financial processes
* Issue agent error reports and assist with financial training
* Identify process improvements and keep procedures up to date

Your main responsibilities will be:
* To reconcile daily bank statements and process supplier payments and commissions accurately and efficiently.
* To manage GST reporting and month-end close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* To prepare monthly and annual travel finance/statistical reports, providing valuable insights to our stakeholders.
* To support travel consultants with Tramada financial processes, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.
* To issue agent error reports and assist with financial training, helping our team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
* To identify process improvements and keep procedures up to date, contributing to the continuous improvement of our finance function.
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring value to our team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting/bookkeeping or as a Travel Agent managing booking financials.
* Strong numeracy skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excel skills and fast, accurate data entry.
* Experience with travel and mid-office systems (Tramada highly regarded).
* A Diploma in Accounting (preferred).
