It is a 64-bed facility that provides emergency, surgical and general medical care to the area’s growing population.
About the job:
1. As a Registered Nurse you will coordinate and deliver high quality person-centred Nursing Care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the policies and procedures of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD).
2. In this role as a Registered Nurse you will work with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide optimal care for patients whilst in an Inpatient setting. You will be working within our Surgical and Medical Wards, each containing sixteen (16) beds.
3. An exciting opportunity to work and collaborate with a range of non-clinical and clinical professionals.
4. The successful candidate will have ongoing training/education.
5. In this role support is provided by the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and colleagues within a close team environment.

13. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
