Leadership Opportunity
This pivotal leadership role drives high-quality business operations, financial and risk management, and governance across the region.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across governance, finance, procurement, and HR functions to deliver strategic objectives.
* Provide advisory services to the Board and Executive on business planning, workforce, and workplace health and safety.
* Oversee policy development, compliance frameworks, and internal controls to drive business excellence.
* Drive the delivery of core business processes including annual business planning, statutory reporting, audits, and financial forecasting.
* Manage people and culture functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, and return-to-work coordination.
* Support the Work Health and Safety Committee and ensure legislative compliance.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align systems and share best practice.
* Provide high-level executive support to the Board and its committees.
