Drawing on lived or living experience of mental health and/or AOD recovery, the role involves co-facilitating reflective practice, providing one-on-one mentoring, and supporting peer-led programs within services like the Op Shop, Emergency Relief, and Hartley’s Café. The Peer Work Trainer will work closely with the Senior Peer Mentor and Peer Cadet Lead to ensure a safe, structured, and empowering learning environment.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isn’t easy, but it matters.
