Your New Role
Join our vibrant Townsville team as a Business Development Representative, where you'll drive sales and build strong relationships across the region.
You'll engage with diverse clients, uncover new revenue opportunities, and nurture existing partnerships.
In this role, you'll help deliver tailored modular solutions and expand our presence across key sectors including construction, infrastructure, mining, and agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client spend.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and targeting.
Report on pipeline health, revenue impact, and client engagement metrics.
Develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with client needs and project timelines.
About You:
You're a high-energy sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results.
You will bring:
Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services.
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Commercial acumen and an understanding of contracts and project delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations and management teams.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven industry.
