Key Responsibilities
Process purchase orders, invoices, utilities, and contractor payments.
Assist with tenant billings, recharges, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate financial data, spreadsheets, and registers.
Support reconciliations, variance checks, and reporting.
Update lease files, bank guarantees, insurance, and compliance records.
Monitor aged debtors and assist with arrears processes.
Be the first point of contact for customers, retailers, and contractors.
Support the centre's reception desk and handle general enquiries when needed.
Support tenant communication, centre notices, and daily coordination.
Assist with events, activations, and marketing during peak retail periods.
What You'll Bring
Experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping, or administration.
Strong numerical accuracy and confidence handling financial data.
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, updating spreadsheets, reconciliations).
Excellent communication and customer service approach.
