THE ROLE: As a Home Manager, you will support the residents and in-home clients receive a high standard of care, managing clinical staff, and support staff to achieve this. Your day-to-day role will include: Meetings with staff, residents, resident's families, and the broader community Maintaining a high quality of care in accordance to company policy and AN-ACC standards.
