Salary Sacrifice
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.

Your role
This unique opportunity as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner offers the chance to work closely with a diverse and purpose-driven organisation. You will partner across our business streams—including our Corporate Headquarters, Seniors Living (Aged Care, Home Care, Retirement Living), Children, Youth and Families, and Social Housing—delivering strategic and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
In this true service delivery model, you’ll also collaborate with our growing Talent Acquisition team to foster a seamless, high-impact partnership that drives engagement and supports workforce success.
You’ll work collaboratively with a team of HR professionals, and business leaders providing practical guidance and support around operations needs and implement strategic solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
No two days are the same in this role, your responsibilities include:
* Provide guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
* Leadership Development and capability: Coach and support service managers on all employee life cycle matters i.e., ER, IR, OHS, risk mitigation, Performance Management and Improvements.
* An understanding of workplace relations matters especially ER and IR grievance handling and case management.
* Awards and EBA interpretations/advisory and union dealings Influence, coach, and support leaders and the organisation to build their capability.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
* Analyse people specific business insights and recommend strategies to business leaders.
* Multi-site travel to interstate service sites locations, as required.
About you
You are an experienced HR professional with a strategic mindset. You have experience in business transformation and change management methodologies and practices. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to become a trusted advisor to managers and leaders within our business.
Driving Smarter HR Through Tech & Data
You'll play a key role in our HR tech uplift—streamlining processes, enhancing digital tools, and leveraging Excel to turn workforce data into insights that drive smarter decisions.
To thrive in this role your skills, knowledge and experience ideally include:
* Degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations or other relevant discipline or proven equivalent experience
* Experience in transformation and change management.
* Applied knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislations.
* Five years’ generalist human resources experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated experience in a business partner role with proven capability to build relationships and understand business requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.
* Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
