We are seeking an experienced clinic leader to lead and manage the day-to-day performance of a busy, client-facing clinic, supported by established systems and head office support. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on with non surgical, advanced Body & Skin treatments while leading a team, driving results, and creating a strong clinic culture.
You'll be supported by clear systems, training, and head office support, while having the opportunity to grow your leadership career within a expanding network.

About the Role
* Lead the team on the floor and perform treatments when required
* Drive enquiries, sales performance and treatment plan conversions
* Manage staff, rosters, KPIs, and clinic standards
* Handle client escalations calmly and professionally
* Create a high-performing, accountable clinic environment
About You
* Experience as a clinic manager, assistant manager, or senior therapist
* Confident discussing and converting treatment plans
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Motivated to grow and take on more responsibility

* Salary package of $93,000 – $100,000 + bonuses & commissions
