Key Responsibilities:
* Project management on key projects
* Contractor management and performance evaluation
* Engineering guidance and support to management and peers
* Routine compliance auditing of sites against internal and external standards
* Site resourcing support, budgeting, and scheduling assistance
* Capital expenditure request review for technical and commercial approval
* Regulatory compliance activities, including licensing and permitting of capital developments
* Site visits and liaison with site personnel
Requirements: A minimum of 10 years' experience in a mineral process plant-related role, with three to five years in supervisory or management capacity. Relevant qualifications include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Electrical, Chemical Process, or Metallurgy from a recognized tertiary institution. Experience in asset management systems, developing capital budgets, plant refurbishment, operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and optimization is essential.
