As a Personal Banker, you will be the first point of contact for branch customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service while deepening relationships. The role supports customers in achieving their financial goals by understanding their banking needs and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
* Support the branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes
* Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on Qudos products and services
* Assist with personal lending applications, including data entry, document preparation, and member communication
* Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance
* Support members with digital banking and escalte queries or complaints as needed
* Record sales activity in Prosper and follow up on future opportunities and referrals
What you will bring
* Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to member needs
* Proven ability to achieve results and take accountability for outcomes
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
* Adaptability in a fast‐changing environment and willingness to learn
* Lending experience across personal loans and credit cards, advantageous
* Cash handling experience and a strong background in cross‐selling
* Ability to participate in Saturday trade in Miranda on a rostered basis
