We're currently looking for Timber Mill Fitters, Labourers and Machine Operators to join a busy, supportive team in Bathurst. If you're hands‑on, dependable, and ready to get stuck into steady work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of a timber mill, helping to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
* Operating forklifts (where licensed) to move, stack, and load timber products
* Assisting trades and machine operators with production tasks
* General labouring, loading/unloading materials
* Yard and workshop housekeeping
* Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
What We're Looking For
* A strong work ethic and reliable attitude — team players only
* At least 12 months of labouring or manual handling experience
* Timber, manufacturing or factory experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Current Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
