About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Traffic Management Trainer & Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in traffic control and management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and assess accredited traffic management training programs
* Ensure all training meets national competency standards and regulations
* Provide engaging, practical, and theory-based instruction
* Assess student competency and maintain accurate training records
* Support students to achieve successful outcomes
* Maintain training resources, materials, and compliance documentation
* Stay up to date with industry changes and safety regulations
Essential Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
* Current Traffic Management qualifications (e.g., Implement Traffic Management Plans, Control Traffic with Stop‐Slow Bat)
* Demonstrated industry experience in traffic management
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Sound knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
* Ability to engage and support diverse learners
Desirable
* Previous experience as a trainer/assessor
* First Aid certification
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Driver's licence
