Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary liaison contact for contractors and suppliers, handling sales, invoicing, requisitions, providing reports, minute-taking, filing, maintaining records, and managing departmental activities.
You will also assist in maintaining the Consolidated Programmed Maintenance Planner and organizing planned inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organizational Skills: You will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Technical Skills: You will have proven experience using computer software related to administration and maintenance in a Windows environment.
* Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
